Currently, we are taking applications for the following positions:

LEAP Classroom Aide- This position supports the afternoon program for UCP of West Alabama, Inc. Experience working with children with disabilities preferred.  Part time position, hours are 1:30 - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Must be at least 17 years of age and have completed the 10th grade. Drug screening and background check required.

Camp Sunshine Aide- This position supports the summer program for UCP of West Alabama, Inc. Experience working with children with disabilities preferred.  Part time positions, between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Drug screening and background check required.

Direct Care Staff (Part-time positions now available) - Must have minimum high school diploma or GED, flexible or fixed hours, requires good communication skills and at least 1 year experience working with children or adults with disabilities, also require good driving record.
