MISSION

UCPWA serves the community by providing a full array of beneficial services and resources to individuals with disabilities and their families and by advocating their full independence, productivity and citizenship. We also educate through public awareness, fund-raising efforts, dissemination of information and acquisition of resources.

VISION

We envision a community where all people are valued and encouraged to contribute to society. UCPWA will be a leading provider of resources and the leading advocate for this vision.
